Goals and Objectives
Work on the urban planning concept for an area of more than 1,000 hectares began in 2015.
The project presented in the diagram represents the first phase of construction — covering 300 hectares and about one million square meters of housing. Construction began in 2019; two phases of the low-rise cluster and the first phase of the mid-rise section have already been completed.
The planned completion date for the first phase is 2030.
The main idea of the project is to create a self-sufficient satellite city built as a classic city — with a dense center (block-based mid-rise development) and its own suburban area consisting of cottages and townhouses.

Landscape Design
Voice of “L-town”
Beautiful flower beds with perennial blooming and ornamental grass plants, as well as pine trees — that’s what makes people love L-Town so much. Near the entrance area, there is a playground for the city’s visitors.

Landscape Design
Throughout the entire area, the best landscape design techniques are applied, with a focus on a small landscape park near the entrance to the territory and, of course, the central event space — the square, next to which are located a children’s playground and a sports area.
Contents
The project features a modern approach to the improvement of public space. An amphitheater provides a place to relax during events held in the square. The square itself can host activities all year round. Surrounding recreation zones offer spaces for leisurely rest and watching events from the sidelines. Everyone’s favorite swings, an Instagram-worthy photo zone, and a landscaped park with a carefully selected range of plants allow visitors to enjoy the beauty of nature. And, of course, there is a children’s area designed for kids of different ages.
